The Strategies

 

Developing self-esteem in the participant to have self-confidence to make necessary changes in the ways of living is the primary strategy of FEEL Programmes. Conceptual clarifications are done to influence the belief systems. Skill development is done through voluntary efforts. Scheduling and the use of time are very continuous though unitised for fifteen to twenty minutes each. Lectures are avoided and participation is the key to development. An important strategy towards understanding collective living is patronised through different types of activities. CLHRD’s schedules are designed with pressure for time and this results in total concentration on themes and activities of development, as there is no time for diversions and distractions. The top priority is for the person rather than for performances.
