The Philosophy To belong to a group, team, association or community, the pre-requisite skill needed is that of human relations. While schools of learning have developed technical and conceptual skills towards performances, the person and her or his ways of living have not received much attention, with the result that strives and struggles have been defeating the essential goodness of man. Humanism, and activities to get it accepted by many, through the development of competencies to understand each other’s point of view and interact interpersonally, can reduce the violence in the interactions and the living. There is doubtlessly a need to work to develop human relations skill to contribute to a more peaceful and creative world. It is this goal orientation and skill development for its achievements that CLHRD aims at.
