Any development of the individual becomes interesting and
effective because of the methods adopted for helping a person understand
concepts and acquire skills. 'FEEL' Programmes have several novel methods.
Group activities and discussions are the basic methods that offer
experiential learning. Story based discussions, drills, group-games, fantasy
experiences, debates, team-facilitation, riddle solving, mind skill
development, language games, visual-centred discussions, entry and exit
surveys, role plays, lead theme discussions, public speaking, action
research, situation analysis, designed introspections, teacherless learning,
case studies and home assignments are the major methods used in training to
clarify concepts and develop skills. These make CLHRD a Centre for
Innovative Training in HRD. |
