FEEL Employable

Empowering

to be

Employed

  • A training programme for developing Self-esteem and Communication Skills

  • A Training Programme for Students who want to grow, develop and become more employable for an effective career

The Vision

A student of FEEL Employable will be equipped with necessary information and knowledge to apply and secure employment on the merit of one’s own efficiency and effectiveness through the understanding of concepts and enhancement of skills resulting in identification, development, mobilisation and management of desired competencies and different areas of human resource.

The Course

To prepare the young graduates who pass out from colleges and universities for employability, a ten-day intensive training programme, funded by Brilliants Group, was conducted at Loyola College, Chennai during May 1994. It offered training to go through the four stages of obtaining any employment - writing applications, attempting written tests, participating in group discussions and Facing interviews. More than 25,000 students have gone through this training programme since then. The method used allows offering training for even 250 students together with a central administration and group work for five to ten in each group. The present FEEL Employable is in four different modes of strategies and methods.
