The Concept

More than a quarter century of action research have taught the organizers of CLHRD that personal effectiveness is resource effectiveness. Human success is, to a large extent, contingent upon situations. While accepting this, all the institutions function on a resource effectiveness system that asks for identification, development, mobilization and management of human resource, both by individuals and groups to guarantee success. These offer additions to the scholastic education at school and college which initiates a student into the present knowledge society. However, the greater success depends on development of non-academic and non-scholastic areas of human resource, these institutions believe. More importantly, the way the development is attempted would decide the pace as well as the quality of the development of areas of resource and its effectiveness. Therefore, the need for new strategies, methods and techniques.
