 The Training Course

This certificate course helps a candidate become not only a good speaker but also one who will be able to conduct Public Speaking and Chairmanship Courses.  The training offered and the drills done develop competencies in the candidate to perform both as a speaker and as a Facilitator.  In addition, she/e will also be able to train people in group discussions, participation debates or other allied acclivities.  Moreover, the candidate will become a capable judge of competitions of speeches or debates.

Eligibility

Candidates should have passed a Bachelor’s Degree Examination of Mangalore University or of any other University considered equivalent to it.

All Candidates have to write an assignment and submit it along with the application form as an entrance test as per the decision of Institute.  Getting 50% marks in this is essential for admission.  However, this is not applicable for SC/ST Candidates.

Duration

Six months of single semester for one paper with seven hours a day x ten days x one contact programme during the semester.
