Programme Extension Centre
S. Nijalingappa College, Bangalore
KLE Society’s S. Nijalingappa College, Bangalore, was the first college in Karnataka to become a Programme Extention Centre of CLHRD and offer the Personality Development Programme for two batches of thirty students each. The intellectual property provided to the college by CLHRD is used by Trained Facilitators of S. Nijalingappa College.
Evaluations conducted at the end of the first semester of the Personality Development Programme records a very high level of appreciation of the programme by the students. The two Trained Facilitators of S. Nijaligappa College, Prof R.C. Hiremath and Mrs Thara, are on record of stating that they were sure of the students becoming competent to express the content of their personalities when they have to prove their qualities for employment.
