The RL Institute, Belgaum, yet another senior college of KLE Society, and the lead college of the Commissionerate's Roadmap to TQM and HRD, has one batch of students for Personality Development Programme. As there was one Trained Facilitator, Prof V.B. Hiremath, the college could start only one batch, though there were many students interested in joining the programme.
The Director of CLHRD who had interactions with these students complimented the Facilitators, Prof V.B. Hiremath, and Dr. Jaya Jalihal, Government First Grade College, Bailhongal, who is a guest Facilitator, for the conceptual clarity and the competence to express the clarified thoughts of the student-participant.
