A Single Semester Training Course

 

With a Ten-Day Contact Programme

 

 

The Training Course

 

This is a certificate course to help a candidate become a Facilitator to conduct human resource development training sessions or programmes.  The candidate, after successful completion of the training course, will be able to conduct training sessions of short durations and training courses or programmes for several days.  Practice sessions during the training and field practical later will help her or him develop the necessary facilitation skills.  Candidates will also learn how to design and field test units of training sessions.

 

 

The Practicals

 

Practical Training, a part of the semester course, will follow at one’s own work place after the contact programme and will have to be completed within six months.

 

Facilitator Certification in HRD is a qualification for conducting HRD training programmes for Corporate, NGO and Educational sectors. The course provides for a six-month probationary period for candidates to complete their field practicals, which is a part of the Single Semester FC in HRD. Two field practicals have to be conducted and examinations, both theory and practical, have to be gone through to claim the FC in HRD award of CLHRD. An awardee is entitled to use several capsules of training programmes being offered by CLHRD for the purpose of conducting training programmes in future, without seeking permission from or payment to CLHRD subsequently.

 

 

Eligibility

 

Candidates should have passed a Bachelor’s Degree Examination of Mangalore University or of any other University considered equivalent to it.

 

 

Admission Notification

 

College for Leadership and Human Resource Development (affiliated to Mangalore University), invites applications from suitable candidates for admission to Facilitator Certification in HRD, course code no. C03 to be held at its ASM Academy Hall.

 

Timings                              :          08.00 a.m. to 08.00 p.m.

Sessions                            :          08.00 am to 08.30 am    -        Breakfast

08.30 am to 10.45 am    -        Session One

11.00 am to 01.00 pm    -        Session Two

01.50 pm to 03.15 pm    -        Session Three

03.30 pm to 05.00 pm    -        Session Four

06.00 pm to 08.00 pm    -        Session Five

08.00 pm to 08.30 pm    -        Dinner

 

Application forms are available from the office of AIM INSIGHTS on payment of Rs.200/-. The amount is to be paid as DD payable at Mangalore in the name of AIM INSIGHTS. Duly filled in application forms have to be submitted to the Admissions Co-ordinator, AIM INSIGHTS along with the course fee, at least one month in advance of the commencement of the course.

 

 

Course Fee

Rs.8,000.00

Course fee is inclusive of all expenses, including those for food from breakfast to dinner. Accommodation arrangements are as per need and hence additional.
